If you’re planning your wedding I’m sure that the current Coronavirus situation will be causing a huge amount of stress.
But I just wanted to reassure everyone on a few things.
Will we be able to shoot your wedding?
First of all, if there are no travel or event restrictions, and the wedding takes place as planned, then we’ll be there too.
If by any chance either Christina or I were to contract the virus, or were suspected to have, we would do our best to find replacement photographers for your wedding. We are in touch with a network of other amazing photographers.
Our wedding season hasn’t started yet, so we’re currently staying at home and taking all the necessary precautions.
Can you move your date?
If you’re considering rescheduling your wedding then we would of course love to shoot your wedding on the new date.
If you decide to go down this route and have any new dates under consideration then can you please let me know so that I can advise you of our availability?
Of course there would be no charge for moving your day.
Secondly, although the contract terms for final payment are normally one month before the wedding date, for any weddings going ahead in 2020 we can reduce this to 7 days before the wedding date.
This may hopefully allow you greater flexibility before making any final decisions.
We want to be able to work with you and help you share your special day with friends and family.
As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
It would be great to arrange a quick phone call to discuss how you’re getting on, so if you’d like to set that up, please let me know.
